I hired Drip Drop at the suggestion of a GC when I needed a sewer scoped for a house under contract. The crew showed up on time (ahead of schedule actually!) and knew the best access point (after the home inspector struggled). The team was thorough, patient, and professional. I later called Drip Drop to handle a full plumbing changeout to copper. Shaun and his crew worked efficiently and handled the job with minimal drywall cuts. Their pricing was fair, especially for a small business. The final work product was excellent and you can tell they want to do the best job possible. I've referred Drip Drop and will continue to keep them as my go-to plumbing company.

I called Drip Drop last year to re-plumb some pipes under my kitchen sink and things went well. Recently, there was a leak, and I was not sure if the issue was related to the original install or something different. In resolving the issue, they were more than fair with the pricing of today's job. Given my experience with both visits (over a year apart), they have earned my business going forward, and I will refer them to my neighbors as well! They are a great example of a family-owned business doing the right thing for their clients.
